Chess Table
Many game enthusiasts have a chess table at home. These tables can be either very simple, or very elegant and ornate. They can either be bought by themselves or with chairs, and can come with a variety of games inside.
Some chess tables come with just chess, but many of them at least have checkers as well because both games are played off the same board. Backgammon is another popular game that comes in chess tables. If you get a highly varied table, sometimes other games are included as well.
Usually a chess table is made out of wood, and they can come in many colors. Usually the table will be set with a contrasting board. If the table is a cherry-wood, the board may be a stark black and white. Also, these tables can either be bought with pieces, or you can pick special pieces to go with it.
